We produced a short documentary on the progress that ThermoLift has made in moving their revolutionary heat pump technology toward commercialization.
Produce a video that provides the client with validation for the work that they’ve done advancing their breakthrough energy technology, and that balances the need to provide an engaging, accessible look at the process, and the need to answer questions that investors and partners may have.
We wanted to give this video the feel of a “how it’s made” TV episode, so we travelled to the product testing facilities at MaClaren Engineering in Michigan to have ThermoLift CEO Paul Schwartz take us on a tour and interview his colleagues on the commercialization process and prototype testing. We took plenty of great b-roll of the testing facilities, created tech-aesthetic motion graphic titles, and added upbeat intro and interstitial music.
The video reportedly aided ThermoLift’s efforts in a funding round that resulted in a successful raise of substantial new capital.
